This category is open to any business in the borough that employs the equivalent of 10 full-time staff or less. Show examples of why you think you are the best small business. This can include customer service, staff development, how you work with the community, trading results and anything you think makes your business stand out from the rest. 

This award highlights companies or teams that provide consistently high levels of employee engagement, satisfaction and welfare at work.

Nominate any licensed premises in the borough where service excellence, great quality and choice of offer, stands out above the rest and tell us why you think your nominated restaurant, bar or pub is the best. This category is a public vote and not open to the owners of the premises.

This award recognises a business that has made significant strides in their field, be it developing a new product or by introducing a new product, process, service or business method to an exisiting business, which benefits staff, customer service or profitability.

This award honours organisations which demonstrate a passion for influencing their teams or organisations to achieve a more sustainable pathway. It could be a system, product or service that significantly improves sustainability or provides sustainable market alternatives that addresses a critical environmental challenge.

This award category will champion organisations/individuals who are working to remove barriers to employment and work progression, adapting their employment practices to provide positive impacts.

This can include support for neurodiverse, under represented or disadvantaged minority groups, women returning to work, carers, care leavers, ex offenders or careers and advice practitioners in schools.

This award recognises exceptional charities, not for profit organisations and voluntary groups that can demonstrate how a specific project or initiative has had a positive impact in the community.

This category celebrates outstanding achievement of franchisees.  It is open to any franchise business with a base in the borough of Spelthorne.

This award recognises leisure businesses that deliver outstanding services and an exemplary customer experience.   This is open to theatres, cinemas, sports and health clubs, hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, venues and visitor attractions selling services to consumers or businesses. 

This award category is open to all property and construction businesses - both commerical and residential, including estate agents and suppliers.  This is your chance to showcase your recent completed projects - large or small.

This award is open to  any business, charity or community group that can demonstrate how it has contributed to positive change in the community.

This award category is open to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional performance and initiative and is regarded as a future business leader.  They could be an apprentice who has gone above and beyond the duties of their role, or someone who has shown creativity, resilience, or flair to become an integral part of the business.  It could also be an individual who has set up a business and can demonstrate a high degree of entrepreneurship and vision for the future. 

This category can be an individual application or a nomination.

This award recognises female professionals who have made a notable impact in their respective roles - either leading or working within the company.  Have they acted as a role model or mentor for others in the business, have they inspried others, are they integral to the performance of the company?   This is their chance to shine.. 

This award is open to any Spelthorne business that sells their products/ offers their services overseas or buys products or services from outside of the UK - simply put, do you send or receive an invoice from outside of the UK, no matter how large or how small?   If so you are helping the UK PLC and we want to celebrate that.
